About our studio

About PrintingNest Studio

PrintingNest Studio is an online-first garment decoration studio operating from Ridderkerk, the Netherlands. We help companies, teams, organisations and clothing brands select garments and prepare DTF, DTG and embroidered production.

About PrintingNest Studio

What we produce

We recommend a decoration method only after considering the garment, material, artwork, position, quantity and intended use.

DTF printing

Full-colour transfers for suitable cotton, polyester and blended garments.

DTG printing

Direct-to-garment printing, primarily for suitable cotton-rich garments and detailed artwork.

Embroidery

Stitched logos and names for garments and accessories that can be safely hooped and embroidered.

How we work from Ridderkerk

Customers can choose garments online and send the project details for a technical review before production is agreed.

Choose from the catalogue

Compare more than 200 garment products online, including T-shirts, polos, hoodies, jackets, workwear, sportswear and accessories.

Technical project review

We review the garment, material, artwork, position and quantity before recommending a decoration method.

Production and quality control

Production and personal quality control are coordinated from our studio in Ridderkerk, with delivery arranged to the agreed destination.

Quality before full production

A sample or test is used when the material, application or colour risk needs to be checked first; it is not presented as a guarantee for every garment or result.

1

Check the garment

We assess composition, colour, coating, construction and access to the requested decoration position.

2

Review artwork and method

We check file quality, dimensions, placement and whether DTF, DTG or embroidery is technically suitable.

3

Test or sample when needed

For applications that need validation, we may recommend a test or sample before full production. Scope and cost are agreed in the quotation.

4

Approve and produce

Production starts after the product, artwork, method, positions, quantity, price and timing have been agreed.

Clear expectations before ordering

Can you decorate garments supplied by the customer?

We can assess customer-supplied garments, but not every fabric, coating or dye is suitable. Testing may be required, and we may recommend another garment or method—or decline the item—if predictable quality cannot be achieved.

Can textile and print colours be matched exactly?

Fabric composition, garment colour, pretreatment and artwork affect the result. Screen and display colours cannot guarantee an exact textile match; important colour requirements should be discussed before production.

Is a requested delivery date guaranteed?

A requested date is reviewed, not automatically guaranteed. The delivery plan is confirmed after the scope, artwork, garment availability, approvals and shipping requirements are clear.

What happens when a garment is unsuitable?

We explain the risk and propose a suitable garment or method where possible. If we cannot reasonably expect an acceptable result, we prefer not to produce that combination.
