Printing compatibility
Why? Body fabric: 100% cotton. Fabric weight: 160 g/m². DTF is suitable for this fabric. DTG is suitable because the body fabric contains at least 80% cotton. Embroidery requires a sample review for this fabric weight.
Relevant risks include puckering, deformation, needle damage, tearing, hoop marks and overly dense embroidery. Conditional embroidery requires manual quotation and approval before production.
